Brown Park Community Centre, established in 1983, is a versatile indoor facility featuring a Main Sports Hall, Lesser Hall, Committee Room, and Kiosk. It hosts a variety of sporting and recreational programs and is fully accessible, with ramps and inclusive amenities. The centre offers ample parking and is surrounded by green open spaces, active ovals, tennis courts, and a playground, making it a well-rounded hub for community activities
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
🏀 The Main Sports Hall is available for sporting activities only. No food or drink except for water is permitted in the Main Hall.

This venue is not available to be hired for high-risk events (including 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties).

Decorations - You are welcome to decorate the for your event. Please note pins, tape, Blu Tack or anything that would damage the walls is not permitted. You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed. Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers outside.

Kitchenette / Kiosk Facilities - Fridge/freezer, 600mm oven, microwave, urn, kettle, pedestal fan. Please Note: Hirers must supply own crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Rules
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time.
Any bookings finishing at midnight are allowed one hour for pack-up and cleaning free of charge until 1:00 a.m. All music needs to be turned off at midnight.
The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.
No food or drinks, except for water to be consumed in the Main Sports Hall.

Five sealed accessible car bays, 93 sealed car bays directly outside, a large, sealed drop-off area, ample verge car parking along Salisbury Road and 70 sealed car bays, and two sealed accessible car bays to the south of the centre.
