The Lesser Hall at Brown Park Community Centre, boasting a professionally sprung wooden floor, is a charming and versatile space designed to cater to a variety of events and activities.
The standout feature of the Lesser Hall is its sprung wooden floor. This specialised flooring system provides a cushioned surface, making it ideal for dance events, fitness classes, yoga sessions, and other activities that benefit from a comfortable and supportive floor.
The Lesser Hall's layout can be adapted to suit your needs, making it suitable for a range of events, including dance recitals, workshops, rehearsals, and small to medium-sized gatherings.
Important Information
The venue can only be accessed within the times booked. Your booking time must include all set up and pack up which includes all deliveries and collections.
Any bookings finishing at midnight are allowed one hour for pack-up and cleaning free of charge until 1:00 am. All music needs to be turned off at midnight.
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.

Decorations
You are welcome to decorate the pavilion for your event. Please note pins, tape, or anything that would damage the pavilion walls is not permitted. Blu Tack is OK and has to be completely removed at the end of the booking.
You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed.
Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers outside.
