The Committee Room at Brown Park Community Centre is an intimate and well-appointed space. It is suitable for smaller activities and meetings.
It features a quality upright grand piano, adding a touch of elegance and musical ambiance to any occasion.

This venue is not available to be hired for high-risk events (including 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties).

The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time.
The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.
