it was overall pleasant experience. it was just the accessibility from parking to the venue that was a bit of a problem as if you are going to have equipments to load/unload especially heavy ones as you would need to park across the road and not have much choice as the door for loading and unloading zone are not accessible. (emergency exit only) and the sliding door for public access doesn’t have ...

Absolutely terrible experience Audio system not working I did two inductions and everything worked but in the last moment it was crucial audio system did not work. Our event was failure since all the experience was designed planned based on audio system and we paid 620 as rent for 9 hours with hefty 2000 bond. I contacted booking team with the issue to see if they can fix they did nothing. Nothing personal against booking team but all our planning and experience were ruined and funniest thing is that they have no back up when these kind of audio system failure happen.

After investigation, we found that a fuse had blown in the electrical box. This was an unexpected fault that occurred suddenly and was not something that was identified during your site inspections, when everything was working normally.
