Supper room
About this space
The Supper Room is an ideal space for meetings, workshops, small events, or intimate gatherings. It is licensed to seat up to 120 people, though capacity will be reduced if a dance floor is included in your setup.

Furniture & Layout:
12 oblong tables (1800mm x 900mm)
60 green chairs
All chairs must be moved using the provided chair trolleys, and when not in use, should be stacked in groups of five against the southern wall.
Tables must be stored base-to-base or top-to-top, and must not block any exit doors or access to the Public Hall.
Audio & Presentation Equipment:
Wall-mounted sound system with two speakers
Wireless microphone (stored in the secure cabinet)
Lectern with a microphone holder (stored in the Supper Room cupboard)
Whiteboard (stored in the Supper Room cupboard)
Inputs for music players (smartphone, etc.)
Volume controls for both microphone and music player are located on the side of the sound panel in the northeast corner
Two wired microphone inputs are available (microphones not supplied)
Access Note: The main sound system switch and microphone are kept in a secure cabinet. The access code will be provided upon confirmation of hire.
Additional Notes:
- Please ensure all equipment and furniture are returned to their designated storage positions after use.
Booking Information - We aim to respond to booking requests within two business days, provided all required information has been submitted.
Booking Times - Requests for access outside of published operating hours will be reviewed individually and assessed at Council’s discretion.

Rules
Bacchus Marsh Public Hall is not staffed. Keys are to be collected from the Customer Service team at the Lerderderg Library, 215 Main Street, Bacchus Marsh during Council business hours, on the day of your booking or the business day prior if your booking falls on a weekend.
Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details on facility rules and conditions of use. In addition to these, please note the following additional conditions:
Bond Amounts: Bonds can range from $250 - $1000 per booking. Certain bookings may require a higher bond. The applicable bond amount will be communicated prior to booking approval.
No confetti
No portable cooking devices
No tape, blue-tack, pins, nails or screws on ay painted area, including the stage, stage front and floors.
Additional details
Parking is available behind the RSL building, adjacent to the Hall. There is a loading zone is located at the west side of the stage area, strictly for the loading and unloading of equipment into the Hall.
