Mandatory Charges
- Casual hire mandatory cleaning fee = $100 per booking
If any additional cleaning is required outside of the cleaners role may result in a partial or full deduction from the event bond

Bonds
Weekday within business hours = $300 per event
Casual bond, no alcohol involved = $500 per event
Casual bond with supplied alcohol = $700 per event

Rules
Rubbish must be removed from the premises.
Venue must be left in a presentable way.
If supplying alcohol on site this must be disclosed within your booking.
Responsible service of alcohol must be followed as per our terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in a part or full deduction from your bond.
The air conditioner must be switched off upon departure. If the air con is left on there is a fee of $100 which will be deducted from your bond.

Kurilpa Hall is located 1.3 kilometres from South Brisbane train station (about 15 minutes' walk) and 5 minutes' walk from 199 bus stops located near the intersection of Boundary and Vulture Streets. There is some street parking available in the immediate area.
