Located in the City of Fremantle’s vibrant neighbourhood White Gum Valley, Sullivan Hall is the perfect venue hire for local community groups. The charming hall can accommodate for community events up to 100 people, and features a kitchen with basic amenities, a number of trestle tables and chairs available for use.
On Sullivan Hall’s doorstep, you’ll discover a variety of communal outdoor amenities, such as a nature play outdoor area and accessible toilets.
The beloved Fremantle community space is regularly used by various yoga groups, musical choirs, dancing clubs and public gatherings.

Rules
Sullivan Hall is not available to hire for private events i.e weddings, birthday parties, corporate invite events.
The facility is left in a clean and tidy state. All rubbish and perishables are removed from the venue after the booking.
No equipment can be left in the venue after the booking. There is no storage options.
Catering must be prepared offsite. There is no cooking permitted.
You are mindful of noise levels emanating from the facility. Amplified sound is kept to a minimum.
Tables and chairs are not dragged across the floor
Adhesive tapes, blue tac (or similar product), nails, staples, gaffer tape or any other fixing device is prohibited on any internal or external surface, including the walls, floors, doors or stage.
Smoke machines, mist, haze or bubble machines and similar are not permitted.
Fires not permitted including candles, BBQ and any open flame.
Allow time for bump in and bump out when setting your booking times. Early access or late collection is not permitted.

Alcohol and smoking is not permitted at the venue.
Public Liability Insurance is required to be provided to the City before the booking for sporting bodies, clubs, associations, schools, corporations or incorporated bodies and/commercial entities. Hirers that wish to hire the venue regular (more than 12 time in 12 months will be required to provide public Liability insurance cover to the value of $10,000,000.00 regardless.
Signs, fittings or structures must not be erected within or on any City facility without written approval from the City.
Keys must be collected by the hirer from the Walyalup Civic Centre reception between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday the week of the event and returned within two working days.
