It's is an amazing resource to take residents to the beach, thank you! If the push beach can be cleaned more often would be great because it was very dirty with spider around. I think it need Maintenace as well because it was hard to push for the resident. The wheels are not working quiet well. The walker was easy to book and collect. After a clean and spray with some CRC to get hinges moving it was the perfect thing for my mother in law to use to to walk along the beach.

Hello, I have used the wheelchair and the walker a few times, and it's always wonderful to see our elderly able to use them. However, the maintenance is terrible. Unfortunately, it wasn't very enjoyable this time. One wheel of the walker isn't even moving, making it really hard for them to move around. The walker and the wheelchair need to be checked and cleaned. They are not safe or in appropriate conditions to be used. The storeroom is very dirty and must be cleaned—spiders, ants, dust, and other sorts of insects. Not good, not safe either. Thank you.
