Located in O'Connor this thoughtfully designed space gives a unique crisp industrial vibe for private functions, workshops, content creation photoshoots, exercise groups, corporate functions, kids parties and so much more!

Make Milsons Place your own, our blank space aesthetic allows you to bring your events vision to life. Embellished with stunning white walls, feature charcoal paneling, festoon lighting, a custom built 4.7mtr pristine servery/bar and 170 square meters of open space, these stunning features will only help enhance your event.**

Extra items and charges

This space has extra items and charges that can be added to your booking. Some may be required depending on your booking time and type, which will be shown at the checkout.

Bond

$500.00 per booking

A bond of $500 is compulsory on all bookings. 18th and 21st functions require a bond of $1 000 and an additional security fee of $275. The bond is retained throughout the entirety of the hire period and once your event has concluded and the space has been assessed, this fee will be refunded back into your designated account the week following your event.

This item will automatically be added to your booking during certain times.

Cleaning Fee

$120.00 per booking

Optional cleaning fee, this covers a commercial cleaning service for all surface cleaning (walls, floors, benches) of the internal warehouse plus toilets. It does not cover the picking up of rubbish or the emptying of the fridge.

Next Day Clean Up Slot

$100.00 per booking

Should you wish to return to the venue the following morning for cleanup and or vendor equipment collection please book this spot, if you choose not to book this slot, all cleanup and removal of items (yours and your vendors) must have been completed by the finish time of your booking

18th & 21st Additional Bond

$775.00 per booking

In addition to the compulsory bond of $500.00 for 18th & 21st Parties there is an extra bond of $500.00 + $275.00 security fee. Please ensure you add this to your booking if it applies. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of deposit/bond
