Locked out of area, Swipe card not working, No actual key to open door, People uncontactable to relieve issue, Loss of nights takings, as group had to be cancelled!

Hi Judith thank you for your review of the space. We do apologise for the technical difficulties with the swipe card reader that prevented access to the space. We do have a after hours service that look after any issues the phone number is on the swipe card/ key tag to the space should any access issues come up again in the future.
