Suitable for various events, our Luxe Studio is the perfect backdrop for workshops, presentations, training sessions, celebrations, classes, retreats, meetings, photo shoots, and artistic ventures. Its captivating aura never fails to create an impression, bringing a unique 'WOW' factor to your event.

Strategically located amongst a bustling neighbourhood of cafes and restaurants, with public transport merely steps away, our Luxe Studio blends convenience with charm. Spanning 122 square metres, this stunning venue is awash with natural light, blanketed by pristine white walls and neutral tones. Its chic soft furnishings and pervasive positive energy lend themselves to a welcoming and productive atmosphere.

Our sunny and spacious reception area ensures added comfort for your guests. At the same time, our standout feature - a striking three-metre-long dining table rich in history - is the perfect hub for mastermind sessions, think tanks, creative projects, or a tranquil cup of tea.

Rules

Please Note: Completion and Approval of hire Application and Agreement is required before booking can be confirmed.

We trust you to hold this space with the same care, presence, and intention with which it was created. To honour the harmony and sanctity of Inspiration Space, we ask that the following guidelines be observed:

  • Time Awareness:

  • Please respect your allocated booking time, including set-up and pack-down, as other bookings may follow. Start and finish times must be strictly observed.

  • Set-Up & Pack-Down:

  • These are the responsibility of the hirer.

    • Please do not move any fixtures, plants, objects, or equipment without prior approval.

    • If any blinds were pulled down, kindly return them to the upright position before leaving to ensure sufficient light for the plants.

  • Cleanliness:

  • Leave the space as you found it—clean, tidy, and rubbish-free. Excess cleaning will incur an additional fee.

  • Food & Beverages:

  • Inspiration Space does not supply food or drink. Please bring what you need and take all leftovers and containers with you.

  • Damage & Breakages:

  • Any damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment is the hirer's responsibility and may incur repair or replacement costs.

  • Smoke-Free Environment:

  • This is a non-smoking venue. We thank you for upholding its purity.

  • Consulting Rooms (when in use):

  • When therapists are using the consulting rooms, bathroom access is via the external door. A key will be provided for your convenience.

  • Key & Security Protocols:

  • If using the key box:

    • Ensure all lights and air conditioners are turned off.

    • Lock both front and back doors.

    • Activate the alarm system.

    • Return the key securely to the lockbox.

We thank you for being a conscious custodian of this sacred space, ensuring it remains a sanctuary for all who gather here.

Approvals & Special Requests

  • All applications are assessed individually. Approval is not guaranteed but is always considered with care.

  • Please make special requests at the time of application and noted in writing.

  • Any variations to the agreement may incur additional charges.

Confirmation of Booking

Your booking is only confirmed upon:

  • Written approval, and

  • Receipt of payment and signed agreement.

Cancellations

We understand that life moves in mysterious ways. If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible.

  • For single-day bookings:

    • Cancellations made 29 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior will incur a 50% fee.

    • Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.

  • For multi-day events or retreats:

    • Cancellations made 43 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made 29 to 42 days prior will incur a 50% fee.

    • Cancellations made within 28 days are non-refundable.

We hold compassion for unforeseen or extenuating circumstances—please reach out to discuss. Each journey is unique, and we’re open to meeting yours with understanding.

Bond

To protect the integrity of the space:

  • A $200 security bond is required unless waived by the venue coordinator.

  • This bond will be returned after the event if all conditions are met.

Cleaning Fee

For events with food and/or 15+ attendees, a $130 cleaning fee may apply. This is assessed case by case and based on the nature of your event.

Additional details

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 30 days before your booking. After that, there are no refunds on cancellation.
Parking and Public Transport Information

There is provision for tenant parking onsite, although there is plenty of street parking and additional parking behind retail shops on Beaufort Street.
