Our studio space can accommodate many creative pursuits such as dance, acting, aerial arts (eg: lycra, silk, suspension), musical theatre, creative movement, rehearsals, Pilates, Yoga, meditation, artistic and wellness related pursuits. The studio extends across a floating sprung floor and Tapiflex65 Tarkett which reduces impact and dance fatigue so you can be more productive. This space is also available for commercial use at slightly different rates (eg if you intend to generate income directly such as paid class or workshop). In addition to the baseline rate ($28 per hour), there are discount rates for performance professionals, WAAPA students, longer bookings, and solo projects; please message me for details if this applies to you.

• Purpose: If your intended use of hire is commercial (eg: running classes or workshops for paying attendees) add $11 per hour
