About this space

North Fremantle Community Centre is a popular venue hire choice for local community yoga classes, music rehearsal sessions, dance classes, choirs, community jams, school groups and more. The venue can be hired for one-off community sessions, events or reserved for ongoing bookings.

The family-friendly and accessible venue features a newly renovated non-commercial kitchenette, along with an outdoor playground.

Additionally, hirers have the option to hire half of the North Fremantle Community Centre to hold 80 people, or for an extra $17.30 per hour, hire the full venue which can accommodate 200 people.

Non-commercial (half venue): $17.90 per hour
Non-commercial (entire facility): $35.80 per hour
Commercial (half venue): $32.40 per hour

Applicants that wish to hire the North Fremantle Community Centre less than 12 times a year do not need to provide the City with insurance cover to the value of $10,000,000.00.
