About this space
The hall is situated right on the edge of the Swan River with amazing views. The entrance is via a new driveway from Jerrat Drive.
This is a simple hall with jarrah floorboards and basic facilities. The sprung timber floor makes the hall ideal for regular exercise or wellness groups.
The facility has a large kitchen with hot water, oven, cooktop, fridge, freezer, zip boil and stainless steel fittings. There are separate male and female toilets. The hall has trestle tables and chairs that all hirers are welcome to use free of chrage. A BBQ can be made available for a small extra fee.
Birthdays - With our amazing green lawn we offer a great venue that you can leave at the end of the day. Lots of open air and parking and a venue that can accommodate games and fun.
Wakes - Many have history with scouts, the hall or the river and saying farewell to a loved one is an emotional time for a grieving family. Having a separate venue for your loved one’s wake can help take the strain away from your family. Our venue is quiet and respectful for a “celebration of life”.

No fires allowed. This is a community hall so no loud music after hours. Please respect the local marine environment and avoid any litter entering the river.

Hall hirers can park just behind the hall down the driveway and there are 10+ parking bays at the top of the drive with many more a short walk away. A map can be provided upon request.
