Varsity Lakes Community Centre Hall

The hall has a capacity for 90 people (theatre style) and is a blank canvas for you to style approx 200 square meters. There is a full kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Access to folding trestle tables and seating for 90 people is included. The space is surrounded by extra-large verandahs and set in parkland. Plenty of free parking on-site and roadside. It is great for kid's birthday parties, baby showers, community education, and workshops. A fully fenced playground (situated at the back of the venue- not attached to the hall) can be hired for an additional cost (see below).

Rates:

COMMERCIAL - $55 per hr incl GST.

We do provide discounted rates to hirers that are:

PRIVATE HIRE - $49.50 per hr incl GST

CWCB - $33 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'CWCB33' at checkout.
Intending to use charge for an activity where there is community benefit (low cost activites).

GOVERNMENT - $33 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'GOVERNMENT33' at checkout.
Government departments within Australia.

NON PROFIT - $20 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'NONPROFIT20' at checkout.
Groups that do not generate a profit from the intended hire and provide community benefit.

EDUCATION - $33 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'EDUCATION33' at checkout.
Private or state-run education institutes.We have a range of additional equipment below that can be hired upon request.

Additional Areas

Playground - $15.50 per hour (when combined with Hall hire of $49.50 total cost of combo $65 per hour)

Bookings must include set up, pack down and cleaning times and out of hours hire is subject to safety and bond induction.

A refundable bond will be added to your booking and secured 4 days prior to your event.
Night hire bond - $500
Day hire bond - $250

Key Replacement Fee - $150
