Varsity Lakes Community Boardroom

A private boardroom with a large boardroom table comfortably seating 10-12. The area is air-conditioned, has a smart TV, access to tea and coffee-making facilities. All our spaces are accessible.

Our vision is to have VLCRC become the meeting place of Varsity Lakes, inspiring a sense of community, support and social belonging that enhances the lives of community members by providing opportunities, activities, programs and events.

Committee room:

Our committee/boardroom is carpeted and air-conditioned can hold up to 10-15 people. We also have a range of additional equipment below that can be hired upon request.

Rates:

COMMERCIAL - $33 per hr incl GST.

We do provide discounted rates to hirers that are:

CWCB - $20 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'CWCB20' at checkout.
Intending to use charge for an activity where there is community benefit (low cost activities).

GOVERNMENT - $20 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'GOVERNMENT20' at checkout.
Government departments within Australia.

PRIVATE HIRE - $29 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'PRIVATEHIRE29' at checkout.
Private hire use by a community member which does not generate a profit & is not open to the public.

NON PROFIT - $11 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'NONPROFIT11' at checkout.
Groups that do not generate a profit from the intended hire and provide community benefit.

EDUCATION - $20 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'EDUCATION20' at checkout.
Private or state-run education institutes.

Amplifier & Mic - $25

Bookings must include set up, pack down and cleaning times.
