We require a bond of $100 for all casual bookings.

Rules
The Studio is a space that many people use and enjoy. As part of the conditions of hire, please leave it clean, neat and tidy.
Availability
The Studio is available from 5am to 8pm, 7 days per week, however bookings before 7am and between 12-5pm are subject to noise restrictions.
Bookings outside of these hours may be considered, depending on the type of activity. We need to keep in mind that we are in a residential area and need to be wary of any noise generated! If you would like to use the space outside of these hours, please send us a message.
After each use, the hirer must:
- Sweep and mop the floor
- Ensure the glass on the windows and doors is clean e.g. no sticky fingerprints
- Remove all rubbish
- Wipe down tables and chairs if used
- Turn off the lights in The Studio and in the adjacent toilet
- Lock The Studio and the adjacent toilet
Should the hirer not leave The Studio in a clean and tidy condition, their existing bookings and any future bookings will be cancelled.
If you arrive at The Studio to find it has been left in an unsuitable condition, please advise the Community Team at [email protected] .
Insurance
o Hirers are responsible for ensuring that all relevant insurances are in place for the booking.
o A public liability insurance Certificate of Currency document must be provided by incorporated community groups and all local businesses hirers as part of the application process.
o In hiring The Studio @ Eden Beach, applicants assume all reasonable liability for the use of this space for the purpose/s outlined in this application.
o The booking holder is responsible for all members/guests (including children), equipment and personal belongings.
o Access to the premises and any activities carried out by you/your group at the premises are entirely at your own risk and expense.
o Satterley Property Group and Eden Beach estate will not accept any risk or liability, including injury to or the death of any person, or damage or loss of any property, occurring in connection with any activities carried out at the premises by you/your members and/or guests.
Safety
o Hirers are responsible for the health and safety of their group members/guests. No person or property shall be put at risk by the activities carried out on the premises.
o The supervision and behaviour of children is the responsibility of the parents or guardian at all times.
o Patrons are responsible for the security of their own personal belongings.
Smoking
o Smoking is not permitted in the venue or on any part of the grounds.
