Introducing Clementine Share Place, a dynamic co-use community hub nestled in the heart of Clementine Estate, Upper Swan. This distinctive space is designed to foster connections and cultivate community spirit.

Clementine Share Place provides a welcoming environment for a variety of activities. From workshops, meetings, and fitness classes and community groups like book clubs, craft circles, and mothers' groups.

In keeping with Satterley’s dedication to fostering thriving communities, we're proud to offer this space free of charge to community groups, and at nominal rates for local businesses, government entities, and private users.

We require a bond of $200 for all casual bookings.

• Large surrounding grassed area with mature trees and vehicle access

• Max Capacity - 100 ppl

• Note - no inflatable entertainment such as bubble/balloon houses, bouncy castles and animal farms, pony rides etc are permitted at this space.

Toilets

• 2 unisex toilets

• 1 accessible toilet with baby change facilities

Rubbish

Hirers of this share space are responsible for responsibly disposing of rubbish from their hire of the space.

There are 2 skip bins located on the northern end of the Cottage/Land Sales Office, which are to be used if the regular bins are full.
