Introducing Clementine Share Place, a dynamic co-use community hub nestled in the heart of Clementine Estate, Upper Swan.

Channelling the rustic allure of the original homestead, Clementine Share Place provides a welcoming environment for a variety of activities. From workshops, meetings, and fitness classes to community groups like book clubs, craft circles, and mothers' groups.

In keeping with Satterley’s dedication to fostering thriving communities, we're proud to offer this space free of charge to community groups, and at nominal rates for local businesses, government entities, and private users.
