Rules
To keep our spaces welcoming, professional, and safe for everyone, please follow these rules:
Respect the Space & Others
Be courteous and mindful of others working or meeting.
Keep noise to a reasonable level in shared areas.
No Smoking or Vaping
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the premises.
Keep it Clean
Please tidy up after yourself, including dishes, rubbish, and any equipment used.
Leave the space as you found it for the next person.
If facilities are not left in a clean and tidy manner, a service fee of $25 + GST will be incurred per day.
Use of Spaces
- No children or unaccompanied guests in the workspaces.
Bookings & Access
Use only the spaces and times you have booked.
Do not swap or transfer bookings to someone else.
Do not exceed the maximum number of people for each space.
Security & Property
Take responsibility for your own belongings.
Report any damage, spills, or issues to staff immediately.
Kaupapa & Manaakitanga
- This is a space built on trust, respect, and community values. Breaching these rules or your booking conditions may result in suspension of access.
Cancellation
- A cancellation notice of three days prior to the commencement of the booking is required. If notice of cancellation is received less than three days prior, a fee at the rate of 50% room hire will be charged.
Additional details
Free on-site parking is available for all spaces at 130 Atirau Road (Main Carpark). Entrance to the office is through the Main Entrance via the Main Carpark.
Connect2Taupō bus services pass through Tūrangi on Mondays and Thursdays. This service also operates as Hail2Ride, which means you can hail down the bus anywhere along the route, so long as it is safe for the bus to stop pull over and stop.
For consistent weekday access, driving or arranging private transport is recommended.
