About this space
Enjoy a harmonious event at the Kilkenny Community Hall - beginning from your entry into this historic area of Kilkenny - with its public art, community gardens and cultural references along the residential streets.
Located on traditional Kaurna lands, and offering proud mid 1800s South Australian history of modern industry, the area surrounding our cheerful Kilkenny Community Hall is equally vibrant in the modern day.
Guests enter through a walled courtyard area facing Wilpena Terrace, and the indoor space features;
- chairs & tables
- air-conditioning and heating
- a roomy, delightfully deco kitchen equipped with fridge, electric stove, pie/pasty warmer and hot water urn
The Hall may be setup with the following capacity guidelines; up to 100 guests theatre style & up to 70 in a cabaret setup.
If these bright walls and wooden floors could talk, they would describe art lessons in classroom setup, tae kwon-do classes, guest speakers at meetings, dinners, dances, private celebrations, and more.
Weekend Hire - Applies to events/ functions held from Friday 5pm until midnight Sunday nights and on public holidays.
