Conference room available to hire at Mediations Newcastle (Whibayganba Room)

Our meeting facilities are based in the heart of Newcastle on Beaumont Street, close to a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Our Whibayganba Room can hold up to 10 people and is the perfect private space to hire for conference, presentations or board meetings.

Amenities include:

- Large conference table with seating capacity for 10 people
- Television with HDMI cable for presentations
- IT Hub with keyboard allowing connection to your computer, or ours
- Camera for video conferencing capabilities
- Free WIFI access
- Telephone with loud speaker/teleconferencing capabilities

We also offer two smaller meeting rooms, perfect for use for breakaway groups or other meetings. A discount applies when booking all three spaces.

In recognition of the historic owners of the land on which our facilities sit, we have titled the rooms in the meeting facilities after the Awabakal names for some of Newcastle’s geographic icons. We have also commissioned paintings by a local artist, Jo Saywell to celebrate our connection with the City of Newcastle.
