Gray Community Hall

Gray Community Hall, located at the corner of Essington Avenue and Victoria Drive in Palmerston suburb of Gray. It is a modern, multi-purpose facility designed to foster community engagement and social interaction. Officially reopened in early 2022 following a $1.83 million redevelopment funded through a partnership between the Australian Government and the City of Palmerston , the hall has become a central hub for local events and activities.​

The redeveloped hall features a spacious main indoor function area, a secondary indoor space, and an expansive veranda with high ceiling fans, providing versatility for various events. Enhanced amenities include improved kitchen facilities and internal access-compliant toilets The facility's design incorporates eco-friendly elements such as LED lighting and high-efficiency air-conditioning, ensuring a comfortable environment year-round.​

Gray Community Hall is Council’s most frequently hired facility and a much-loved home to a number of community groups . It offers a welcoming space for a diverse range of activities, from social gatherings and workshops to fitness classes and cultural events. With a maximum capacity of 150 people, the hall is an ideal venue for both intimate gatherings and larger community functions.​
