About this space
The Dunsborough Hall is a great space for the use of the local community and visitors.
The Maximum capacity of the hall is 200 persons.
The amenities include a main hall, foyer, stage and kitchen. There are tables and chairs for up to 150 available for use.
The hall is owned by the City of Busselton and managed by the not for profit community group, the Dunsborough and Districts Progress Association.

Rules
Bookings must include enough time for set up, pack down and cleaning.
Entry and exit is through the kitchen door.
Return the key to the lock box immediately after opening - this prevents locking the hall accidentally and not having access to a key!
Nails, pins or any fixing devices are not permitted on the walls or ceilings to decorate the Hall.
- Talc or French Chalk are not permitted on the wax polished floor. The floor is non-slip.
- Replace all items and pieces of equipment to its original location.
- Specialist equipment stored within the Hall by regular users does not form part of this booking and should not be used - eg ballet bars, theater lights, storage areas.
Turn off all electric lights, appliances EXCEPT the main kitchen fridge is to be left ON. The bar fridge is to be turned OFF, leaving the door slightly ajar with a chair or something similar.
Lock the building securely, including all windows and doors (note: there are 3 access doors which need to be securely locked).
The Hall must be left as it was found. Sweep and mop all floors after use. Check toilets are clean and tidy, and remove rubbish and clean before vacating.
Rubbish is to be put into the green and recycle bins outside the back door. Cardboard boxes need to be collapsed before putting into the bin. If there is an excess of rubbish please take it home with you - do not leave rubbish on the ground outside the bins.
KITCHEN - Equipment includes: oven, stove-top, microwave, pie warmer, urn and fridge. There are some utensils available.
The kitchen is not suitable or available for commercial cooking.
Remove all food and clean all surfaces at the end of your booking. This includes the inside of the fridge.
You will need to provide your own dishcloths and tea towels.
The Hall is an ALCOHOL FREE VENUE unless special permission is granted by the City of Busselton.
If you wish to consume, sell or serve alcohol the appropriate license has to be obtained. Please note that liquor is deemed to be sold when when liquor is given away and the person has paid for admission to the premises or for seating in the premises or has been asked to make a donation of money by collection or otherwise.
The rules and regulations, as provided by the Liquor Licensing Act (1988) must be adhered to.

BAR - There are no bottle opening implements in the Bar room.
You are welcome to use the glasses that are in the bar (a limited range). Any items used must be washed and returned.
TABLES & CHAIRS
Tables must be returned to the storeroom.
Chairs must be stacked neatly in the corner as found (see photo).
No animals (except for formally recognised Assistance Dogs) are permitted on the premises and in the building.
