the size of the venue is impressive, but at this time of year it was intolerably hot and really needs badly air-conditioning. Our function was for older ladies in their 70s and 80s and many were stressed from the heat. also extremely disappointed that the " kitchen" contained NO, cutlery , crockery or water jugs. would not recommend or hire again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the Tommy Webster Memorial Hall spacious, and we’re sorry the heat affected your event. Council is developing a Community Hall Strategy to guide future upgrades, including possible air‑conditioning. Kitchen items such as crockery and cutlery aren’t provided with hire, as these items are often damaged and frequent replacement would be costly. We appreciate your comments, as they help inform future improvements.
