The entrance foyer connects three multi-purpose areas: the Oodgeroo Room, Lawson Room and Mackellar Room. A large, well-equipped kitchen has a connecting door to the Mackellar Room. This space contains 3 different areas that can be booked independently.
About this space
The Mackellar Room is 4.4m x 7.55m. Accessed from foyer with large windows to north aspect overlooking the rear garden area and nature reserve. The room has new timber look flooring with tables and chairs which can be arranged to suit your purposes. There is a convenient hatch to the large kitchen which can be booked separately.
Hire of the Mackellar Room is assessed on the activity occurring in the adjoining Oodgeroo room. this is to ensure suitable conditions are available to both hirers.
All casual bookings will attract a SpaceProtect (bond) if your booking has been approved, see terms & conditions for further information.

Rules
- The hire is to be fully managed by the client; the Hall does provide a host at request.
- 15 minutes is allocated for bump in/bump out. If you require additional time please include in your booking request.
- Please contact Cass Lloyd Hall Manager 0468453344 who is happy to advise on final set up, décor and equipment.
- On leaving hall all windows and all doors must be locked, ceiling and wall fans and lights turned off. All hired spaces should be returned to original state and layout. Taking a photo of the space on arrival may be useful.
- Floors must be swept, or dry mopped with disinfectant spray. Tables to be wiped clean. You will find cloths, mops, brushes and sprays in the Butlers Room in foyer.
- All rubbish to be removed from hall and placed in large bins outside hall on left hand side. Please take any excess rubbish with you when leaving the MH site. Failure to do so attracts a deduction from the BOND.
- There is a quick reminder check list on the exit doors of each room to help when leaving.
- If your hired space are left in an unacceptable condition requiring a cleaner to attend a fee of $50 per hour will be deducted from your credit card or bank account.
KEYS
Please be mindful there is a charge for lost keys- $50 will be deducted from the BOND.
WHITEBOARD
No charge for whiteboard. Please bring own whiteboard markers and eraser and leave board cleaned. If permanently damaged or marked a deduction will be taken from your account.
GENERAL RULES
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- No smoking rule applies throughout the building
- Only’ Assistance/guide dogs on leads are allowed on the premises.
