Board Room

Located at Jurien Bay, our Education and Conference Centre is suitable for presentations, meetings, and workshops.

All rooms have a whiteboard and ceiling-mounted projector with a drop- down projector screen. You can access the projector system by activating the touchscreen on the wall next to the screen and plugging your laptop into the wall socket using either a VGA or HDMI cable (you will need to supply your own).

The Boardroom has carpet flooring with a rectangular conference-style table and chairs in place to seat up to 16 people comfortably, however is rated to have up to 30 people. This room also has the option of a video-conferencing system that can be accessed by entering a valid IP address. This system does not accept calls; it can only call out and you will require Bridging Software.

The communal kitchenette is free for any hirers to use and contains a full-size refrigerator, oven and stove-top, plus all cutlery, crockery and glassware for catering. There is a wall-mounted urn for tea and coffee making and a dishwasher. Any catering supplies or consumables, including tea / coffee / milk / sugar must be supplied by the hirer. There is a server window from the kitchenette into Classroom 3 but this can be closed if not required. Alternatively you can arrange catering from one of our local cafes.
