Rules
Stallholders must confirm their attendance prior to each market all bookings are online via the Spacetoco
website. Once you have booked a stall online you are confirmed as attending that particular market. Bookings for a market season can be done by completing a Verified Guests application. Once the Verified Guest application is complete it will be assessed and approved or rejected. You must have public liability insurance and a local government food compliance permit if selling any food products.

STALL SITE COST (Standard stall is 3 metres wide and 3 metres deep)
Applications will not be accepted until payment is processed
Bookings $30 Standard Site of 3m x 3 metres
If booking multiple stalls, you may be eligible for a $5/day discount on each stall.
MARKET RULES & CONDITIONS
1 Stallholders must confirm their attendance by booking online and paying the required fee.
2 Verified Guests may book stalls for all market days across the year, you will only be charged for the markets that you confirm you are attending.
3 The Jurien Bay Progress Association reserves the right to refuse entry of any stall holder if a stall is deemed to be not in the best interest of the markets.
4 Stall holders must set up in their allocated space as marked on the market ground and comply with any directions given by a member of the Community Market team.
5 Set up can be commenced from 6:00am (NOT BEFORE) and be completed by 8:00am. Stallholders must not take down their stall before midday.
6 Stalls may not be left unattended
7 All electrical items and cables used at the market must carry a current Appliance Test Tag from a licensed Electrician.
8 The Jurien Bay Progress Association Inc (operating as the Jurien Bay Community Markets) accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by a stallholder.
9 Stall ropes and poles must be weighted. (Jurien Bay can be windy) Spikes may be used to anchor stalls. NOTE: Damage to water or power supply caused by a stallholder will be at their expense.
10 No person under the age of 18 may be left in charge of a stall
11 No stallholder will cause excessive noise or nuisance while operating a stall
12 Stallholders will comply with parking directions given by a member of the Jurien Bay Progress Association (operating as the Jurien Bay Community Markets) team and marked on the market plan. Parking to the rear of your stall is permitted. ( you may not park in the swale to the rear of the stalls on the eastern side of the markets area.
13 Stallholder rubbish must be removed from the site by the stallholder and the site left in a clean and tidy condition.
14 No Vehicle movements on market ground during Market Hours 8am to Midday – SAFETY ISSUE
It is a requirement of the Shire of Dandaragan that the Jurien Bay Community Markets provides the following details of each Stallholder: Stallholders’ Name, Trading Name, Goods/Services for sale, Address and Contact number.
This is to comply with the Shire’s Trading in Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law. The information will be provided to the Shire of Dandaragan Chief Environmental Health Officer and kept secure. We are unable to accept your application if you cannot agree to this requirement.

Booking a stall online indicates that you agree with all the conditions and rules in place for the Jurien Bay Community Market.

Completeness. Your form does not need to be signed. You accept these conditions by completing the online booking and payment of the prescribed fee.
If you have a question relating to your application please email the Market Administrator [email protected] must confirm their attendance prior to each market. Once you have registered for a market season by completing an application form you simply need to confirm your attendance for each individual market by online no later than 7.00pm on the Wednesday preceding the market.
