A humble and cosy studio in a heritage Tudor building

Please be respectful of the space as it is set in an old building with neighbouring businesses and residents nearby. The studio must be left at the same condition it is found in with dishes and cutlery washed and put back, yoga props neatly stored and the studio space swept/mopped of any dust or dirt.

Confirmation
● The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment of the event space and bond. An additional Security bond may be required depending on the event
● Security bond will be refunded after the function; less any incidentals or damage
● We will be under no obligation to proceed with the function if the full payment has not received within 2 weeks of the events date

Cancellation of a Confirmed Booking
● Written email notice is required
● You will receive the full amount back if it is at least 2 weeks notice (14 days) before the event
● You will forfeit 50% of the event fee for any cancellation under 2 weeks
● You will forfeit 100% anything less than 7 days notice before the hire

Available Times
● You are allowed 15 minutes before and after event hire to set-up and pack-up (please discuss if more time is required)
● Mon-Thurs: Anytime before 9am, 1.30-5.30pm
● Fri: Anytime before 9am, 10.30am-5pm, 7pm onwards
● Sat: Anytime before 7.45am, 10.30-5pm, 7pm onwards
● Sun: Anytime before 7.45am, 10.30-4pm, 6pm onwards

Damage To Property
● The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests and will take full responsibility for any damage to persons or property caused by client or guests and will pay incurred costs or cover any loss of business.
● We do not accept responsibility for damage to clients or guests while on the premises.
● The client accepts all responsibility for any damage done to persons and property during the course of their function.
● We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss.
