Excellent location. Quiet in peaceful surrounds. I can see why it is in the hands of the Fellowship of Writers Western Australia. Writers can focus on their writing and if a breather is required can stare out of the window into the parkland. Ideal place also if you want to work on your business plans. For the winter do make sure you immediately turn on the heating. It does take a while to warm up.
