About this space
This place is a little gem really! Seating 50 comfortably or move the tables and chairs out to create a stand up venue fro 75 - 100 people. We can even open the bar so you can have cheap drinks! Wine $5 and $4 beers!
Busselton Aeroclub has been around since the 90's and is well known in the area for being a friendly place to stop. We have a full Kitchen for you to use if required or can recommend local catering. This is an informal space with a beautiful, uninterrupted view of the runway to watch the planes, small and large take off and land.
We are very flexible with our customers and will work with your needs.

Rules
The venue will be inspected by Busselton Aero Club Staff for any damage, including marks or stains on carpet, damaged paintwork or equipment etc following the hire period.
The hirer is expected to clean the venue by completion of the booking period.
Cleaning equipment will be provided to ensure that the venue is maintained in a clean and tidy condition. An excess cleaning fee will be charged if the venue is left in an unsatisfactory condition. This amount must be paid within thirty (30) days of the date of the event. Unpaid amounts may attract interest and enforcement fees.
*All rubbish must be removed from the facility at the completion of the hire and disposed of in the Club bins provided in the bin area. The Hirer must take with them any rubbish that will not fit in the bins provided.
