About this space
Warm and friendly South Perth clinic has consult rooms available. Reception area, and possibility of admin support if required. Referrals also a possibility. Would suit psychologist or other allied health practitioner. Our team is also looking to contract to/employ an occupational therapist, speech therapist, and neurodivergent and/or trauma-informed practitioners.
$120 per day, plus GST, or $500 per week plus GST.

Pets allowed as long as this is communicated prior.
Leave the space as it was when you entered it - keep it clean.
Let reception know (if they are in the day you book) how you would like your clients greeted, and whether you will collect them from the waiting room or have them knock at your door.
Additional details
Parking:
For staff/anyone hiring the room, parking is located through the gate at the back of the building.
For clients, there are two parking spots at the front of the building that can be used, as well as street parking (free if parked on the left side for under 2 hours).
Public Transport:
There is a bus stop at the end of our street, so we are pretty easy to get to. It is the stop right outside Perth Zoo's entrance. Buses to Perth Zoo leave from Elizabeth Quay regularly. Head to https://www.transperth.wa.gov.au/Journey-Planner to plan your journey to us.
