About this Space

This light filled and quiet room at the rear ground floor of the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce is available for hire for the delivery of meetings, seminars and workshops. The carpeted, 59m2, flexible open space comes with seating for up to 20 people, a white board and a demountable trestle table.

Minimum hire of the space is half day (3 .5 hours).

An urn is available for use in the room upon request. Other meeting resources e.g. projector and screen can be hired if not already in use in our Boardroom facility.

This space has extra items and charges that can be added to your booking. Some may be required depending on your booking time and this will be shown at the checkout.

Rules

The room will be in a very tidy condition when it is opened for you. Please ensure that it is returned to the same condition at the conclusion of your time in the room.
Please be mindful that offices are next to this room. Loud or stomping-type activities will likely not be accepted during business hours.

Weekend bookings will only be by negotiation and will require a full day booking.

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, no refunds on cancellation.
