    Notify reception or management immediately of any damage, equipment faults, or maintenance issues.

  2. Respect the Space
    Please treat all furniture, equipment, and technology with care. Any damage or loss may incur repair or replacement costs.

  3. Clean and Tidy After Use
    Leave the room as you found it — clear tables, remove rubbish, and return chairs and equipment to their original positions.

  4. Technology Use
    The TV and conference camera are available for your use. Please turn off devices after your session.

  5. Booking Time
    Ensure your meeting concludes within your booking period to allow the next user prompt access.

  6. Food and Drinks
    Light refreshments are welcome. Please clean up any spills and dispose of rubbish appropriately.

  7. Confidentiality
    Remove all personal or business materials at the end of your session.

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 12 hours before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 50% refund.

Free parking available in the Stewart Place carpark directly behind the The Holt Centre - note 2 hr limit applies, all day parking available in surrounding streets
