Luxury Training Space

Every aspect of the space has been considered and highly curated. From the soft high-back seating to the slimline gold-plated cutlery, the space has been designed to curate a sense of wellness and calm, encouraging learning outcomes.

Rich and soothing colour selections paired with luxurious touches create a comfortable and refined space.

The space is 64 sqm in its entirety.

Theatre, U-shape, Conference, and Classroom-style tables are available. Up to 16 people can be seated, or 20 can be seated in the classroom style.

We have two small consulting rooms available for lease. Ask us for more details.

Training space includes:

  • A high-resolution 65" Sony Bravia Smart TV/Screen with full pivot and movement arms, eye protection for participants, reducing fatigue and headaches from long periods of screen time.

  • Wireless connectivity minimises the need for cables and associated stress for participants during presentations.

  • Complimentary WIFI.

  • Comfortable and soft, high-backed seating.

  • Flexible table configuration options to best suit changing participant numbers.

  • All stationery, notebooks, and table refreshments are supplied and refreshed throughout each day on request.

  • Dual sleek wall-mounted transparent acrylic whiteboards and flip charts are supplied.

  • A stunning and private kitchen offering premium tea and machine coffee throughout.

  • Participants will have private access to the full-size fridge and kitchen utilities.

  • Abundant natural light and a stimulating but not active or distracting outlook.

  • Mood lighting is installed, including in the kitchen, to ensure the space feels balanced and welcoming.

  • Clean and adjustable air-conditioning.

The extended space includes:

  • A seamless indoor-outdoor integration with indoor gardens that provide ample natural light and fresh air. The rear part of the building is fully open.

  • Two separate banks of modern, well-maintained and mobility-accessible bathrooms. Separate showers are also available.

  • Various dining spaces are nestled outside the training room and within the building, surrounded by internal gardens.

  • Two locally acclaimed cafes, Son of A Baker—Leichhardt and The Local Tart—are meters away. Both offer artisan coffee and a freshly made food menu.

  • Stunning, uninterrupted views of the Sydney CBD.

The Vibe The Community

Leichhardt is located in Sydney’s Inner-West, only 3km from the CBD, serviced to the south by train and bus networks and to the north by the new light rail network. A mere 14-minute* trip on the light rail from Lilyfield Station will bring you to Pyrmont Bay Station.

Leichhardt is affectionately known as “Little Italy” with its multitude of restaurants, cafes and bars and has become famous for its community culture.

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 25% refund.
Parking and Public Transport Information


Free all-day parking is available on Alfred Street, which is located behind the clinic. Additionally, there is 2-hour parking and metered parking available on the surrounding side streets. Alternatively, paid all-day council parking off Norton St. is available. Free bike parking can be arranged in the lockable garage below.
