This space is absolutely perfect for a day or night event, performance or conference or meeting room, and can be expanded into other parts of the building or be isolated to just one area.

Artists, creatives or educators are encouraged. The space can be viewed every Monday from 2pm - 3pm, and using the space contributes to ensuring creatives have spaces in inner city areas for the future.

Tables and chairs can be provided. Any AV requirements will need to be provided unless basic requirements. Please note in booking if you have any queries.

Within 5 minutes of Leederville Station and about 6 minutes walk from the number 15 bus. Loads of space for bike parking. Parking available for a fee per user, disabled parking free.
