About this space
We have a large commercial kitchen in a Swan Valley cafe for hire during the day on Mondays and Tuesdays when we are closed to the public. There is a minimum 2 hour booking period and we can accommodate you between 8am and 5pm. We love cooking in it!
The kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove, gas flat top grill, gas double bay deep fryer, salamander grill, electric 4 tray baking oven and gas finishing ovens. We also have a 20 litre commercial mixer, dough proofer and pans available with a pass through dishwasher for cleanup afterwards.

Please ask for instruction on how to use any equipment that you are unsure about.
You must have your own public liability insurance and provide a copy of the policy prior to using the kitchen.
The kitchen must be clean on completion of hire with all pans and dishes washed in the dishwasher and dried and any floor spills cleaned up.
Longer term storage of food in the cool room can be negotiated for an additional fee.
