Rules
The Hirer must be 18 years or over and remain on the premises for the duration of the event. The Hirer is responsible for the condition of the hired venue.
Facilities are to be left in the same condition prior to booking. All items returned to their original place. The user shall only be entitled to use the specified areas of the facility booked.
Maintain a smoke-free environment within the community hall premises.
Overnight accommodation is not available.
Rubbish must be removed from the premises and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
Be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone and avoid excessive noise that may disturb others.
Music is required to conclude at 11.30pm and premises vacated by midnight.
