The coworking spaces at 74 Grey Street offer a variety of options to suit different preferences.

On Level 4, you'll find an open area furnished with desks, tables, chairs, and couches, providing a dynamic environment for collaborative work. Additionally, comfortable couches are available in the lobby zones on both Level 4 and Level 5, offering a relaxed setting for informal meetings or individual work sessions.

Level 5 features bar tables in the kitchen zone, creating a casual yet functional space for networking or enjoying a quick break.

Please note that all seating options are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, ensuring fairness and flexibility for all users.

Access to our meeting rooms with conference facilities is available for a fee. These meeting rooms are equipped with 2 TV screens for presentations or collaborative work, along with 10 tables that can accommodate up to 10 people each. We provide 20 comfortable office chairs for your convenience during meetings. Additionally, a movable whiteboard with pens is available to facilitate brainstorming and note-taking during your sessions.

Kitchen Cleaning Fee
$150.00 per booking
The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. If you do not have time or are serving alcohol at your event please add this charge.

Rules

  • We provide cleaning equipment and expect the kitchen to be left in its original condition. Adequate time should be allocated for cleaning after your event. Alternatively, a cleaning package can be purchased at checkout if you are unable to commit to this requirement.

  • Should you choose to serve alcohol at your event, please be aware that a mandatory cleaning service is required.

  • All rubbish must be removed from the facility

  • No smoking or vaping

  • No naked flames

  • If you set off the fire alarm, there may be a fine if the fire service are called

  • No BBQs

  • No smoke machine

  • No Sellotape, Blutack, push-pins, tacks or nails to be used on the walls

  • You can use Blutack on the wooden walls

  • Please remove any strings or Blutack might have used to fix the decorations before the end.

Additional details

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 50% refund.
