About this space

A flat-rate fee of $78.56 is required to book this space. Please note this location can only be booked for 2 hours maximum.

Located at the end of Gantheaume Point Road, Gantheaume Point is a picturesque red rocky point overlooking the ocean. Please see the aerial photo to distinguish between Zone A and Zone B.

Important Information

Please take care navigating the uneven ground at Gantheaume Point. The area has a sharp cliff face with loose rocks. Gantheaume Point is also affected by tidal movements. Events are required to be set up close to designated walkways, with a two-meter clearance from the cliff edge. Due to low visibility, all guests are required to leave the area before dark.

This is a highly culturally sensitive area for Yawuru people. You are asked to show respect for Yawuru culture. Do not leave the designated pathway or permit area and avoid entering the sign-posted restricted zone.

Broome has some of the highest tides in the southern hemisphere, which means significant changes to coastal areas and rapid water movement. It is vital you check the tide times before your event to ensure this location is suitable.

⚠️⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: For events over 100 people an event application form needs to be submitted following this booking.
