Canning Vale Serviced Offices known to its tenants as CVSO has been operating in the Canning Vale area since 2014. Originally based on the corner of Amherst and Warton Road but with a steady growing success, the community behind the CVSO team agreed it was time to relocate in 2018, a decision which would feel like a very long 8 months of researching and developing our new location on Bannister Road which the community calls home.

About this Space

CVSO known to it's tenants as Canning Vale Serviced Offices has been operating in the Canning Vale area since 2014. Originally based on the corner of Amherst and Warton Road, the CVSO team relocated in 2018 to our new home on Bannister Road. We offer a wide range from the conventional Co-Working, Virtual & Serviced Offices to our tailored packages suited to each client's needs.

Be part of our co-working community in the heart of Canning Vale, Western Australia. Choose from our favourite location either at the corner of Bannister and  Canvale Road, all part of a bustling business complex with a large range of cafes and shops.

There may be a number of Serviced Office providers in Perth but not many in the outer suburbs. That’s why CVSO is the place for you! We think of ourselves as a true Business Centre where we offer much more than just office space. Our aim is to provide you with a platform to assist in your business start-up or which allows you to focus on your business and its growth.
