About this space
Inductions are completed from three days prior to your booking at the available times only. Please ensure that you have read and acknowledged the online induction prior to attending the onsite induction. The person opening/closing the facility must attend the induction. Your key/swipe card will be issued during your onsite induction.
Please make sure to arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your induction will not go ahead and your booking may be cancelled. A maximum of two people can attend the onsite induction.

All attendees must follow the Conditions of Hire
Be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum
Access
Rooms must only be used between approved hire times
Any space not booked is restricted during your hire including common areas
All bookings must include time for set up, pack up and cleaning
Safety & Capacity:
Follow Council emergency and evacuation procedures
Children under 18 must remain in the room and be supervised
Do not exceed the room’s maximum seated or standing capacity
Alcohol
- Subject to approval and may require security
Insurance
- Public liability insurance (PLI) of $20 million is required for all venue hires. Any third-party contractors you engage, such as caterers, entertainers, equipment suppliers, or other service providers involved in your event, must also provide PLI of $20 million
