About this space
The Library Meeting Room is a bright and modern space, ideal for meetings, seminars and workshops. Located on the first floor of Carnarvon Library & Gallery building, the room offers a fresh, inviting atmosphere with views overlooking the town oval. The room accommodates up to 12 people and features air conditioning, a 43" Smart TV, projector with wall mounted projection screen and a whiteboard on castors.
It has a kitchenette area available with a bar fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities (coffee, tea and milk are not provided). The hirer can arrange for refreshments to be delivered to the venue or supply their own, including crockery and eating utensils.
The facility has access ramps and bathroom facilities to meet disability access requirements. The Meeting Room is fully accessible via a lift and is wheelchair friendly. Conveniently situated near the town centre, the venue is within easy access of local shops and cafes.
Commercial Hire Fee of $41 p/hr and $28 p/hr for non-profit Community groups.

Hirer to provide all crockery & utensils.
All catering dishes/surplus food to be taken away by users
Whiteboard must be cleaned
Projector/ projection screen / TV should be turned off
Air conditioning unit should be turned off
The building is a Smoke Free Facility, which promotes no smoking within 5 metres of the Library entrance and no smoking on the balcony.
Participants must vacate the room on time.
The library reserves the right to cancel bookings under special circumstances.
