Rules
- CLEANING:
A clean space feels good. If you leave it the way you found it, everyone is happy! (Just don’t forget the bins – they can be emptied into the big green bins out the back. We don’t cope well with smells before our morning coffee). If you find that the bins are full, please take your rubbish home with you. We occasionally have resident crows stop by that like to get into the rubbish bags and spread it everywhere!
- DAMAGES:
No one tries to break things, but accidents happen. Let us know and we can work together to make sure the centre continues to be a great space for everyone to use.
- KITCHEN FACILITIES:
We have a kitchen. Feel free to use it, but bear in mind it is a shared space so be nice to other people using it too. Don't forget to clean up when you're finished!
- TIME OF HIRE: SET UP AND PACK UP:
It takes time to set up and pack down, we know this. You’re booking includes a 15-minute window either side to ensure you have time to do so.

CAR PARK:
The car park is at the front on the left side as you drive in and also at the rear of the building via Doolan Street. There is a Disabled Parking Bay at the front of Milligan. Parking on the right of the car park is not permitted during the week, this parking is reserved for Milligan House Childcare as it is a separate organisation, weekends are fine.
BUS STOP:
There is a bus stop out the front of Milligan, please see bus timetable.
