About this space
Meeting room 3a is a substantial room perfect for larger meetings, committee/ board meetings, art and craft groups, educational classes and workshops. There is a floor box in this room for easy electrical access and cable connection. It comes with some tables and chairs and wireless connection to a wall mounted TV for visual displays. Additional tables and chairs are stored in the amenities block (just outside of Meeting room 3a). This room has vinyl flooring, making it very easy to clean after use. This room also has open access to the enclosed courtyard via side doors, which allows you to open the space up to the outdoors.

Rules
- Hirers will take part in an on-site induction with the Hub Coordinator prior to their date of hire.
- After use, all tables and chairs must be packed away into their original stacked state.
- All rubbish must be discarded using the corresponding bins.
- After use of the space, hirers must sweep/ vacuum the meeting room and wipe down/ sanitise all tables.
- All lights, air conditioning/ heating, televisions and utilities must be turned off before leaving.
