The Ballance Room is one half of the Function Rooms available at Silver Fern Farms Events Centre. This room can seat 80 people and can be combined with the Seales-Winslow Room to seat 160 people. The Ballance Room includes a full kitchen facility.

The hirer is responsible for delegating a fire warden for their group and is responsible to carry out an evacuation following the Events Centre evacuation procedures during the time of their booking.
Function Room booking time is charged from when you enter the facility until when you close the doors. You must allow for any set up, pack down and clean up time in your booking.
