The Vivacious Living Centre Workshop Room is your solution! Suitable for a day, evening or weekend workshop of any kind including training seminars, practical modality courses, group meditations, circles & sound healings, or group coaching sessions or whatever natural therapy workshop you’re hosting!

ROOM SET-UP AS YOU NEED IT

This versatile room can be set up in many different ways to suit your workshop requirements, including theatre style layout with chairs for up to 40 people, or with tables and chairs (set up with table cloths if required) for up to 16 people. A whiteboard and projector are also available for use at no cost. We offer a tea and coffee station for $15 per day for large group sessions and there is also a kitchen with a table and fridge available for catering use.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED IN APPLECROSS

Vivacious is centrally located, it’s close to both Fremantle and Perth City making it very easy to access either by car; bus; or train. Parking is available around the centre vicinity.

AWESOME ROOM SET-UP VERSATILITY

The room can be set up in many different ways to suit your workshop requirements.

1. Theatre Style - Fits up to 40 chairs

With nearly 70m of space this workshop room is perfect for a theatre style set-up for up to 40 people; with use of the projector and white board, there is still room around the edges of the room to fit trestle tables for product displays or treatment tables for demonstrations.

2. U-Shape - Fits up to 6 tables and room for 16 participants

This space is ideal for any practical modality or certification training session or workshop. Fits 4 to 6 tables comfortable in a U-shape with up to 16 seated participants. The edges of the room can have tables for products or brochures for display or space for 'break-out' sessions during the workshop.

3. Table Rows - Fits up to 18 seated participants

The table rows set-up is ideal for meetings, seminars or any kind of training session. 2 rows of 3 tables or 3 rows of 2 tables each fits up to 18 participants and still allows for plenty of room around the peripheries to have 'break-out' spaces or other tables for products / brochure displays. The projector and white board are available for use and compliment this set-up.

4. Half / Half Set-up - Any arrangement for practical sessions

The half / half room set-up is the most versatile and can be done to suit your workshop requirements. Half chairs and half yoga mats - for meditations; or half chairs & tables and half treatment tables - for practical hands-on certification courses; or just half chairs and the other half left open to move around freely - for Qi Gong or any other movement related sessions.

5. No Furniture - Open Floor Space

The open floor space is perfect for any Group Meditation, Circle, Sound Healing or Class (Yoga, Qi-Gong) and You can fit up to 20 people comfortably for circles or meditation classes seated and 14 lying on the floor or with yoga matts for yoga class.

KITCHENETTE FACILITIES

There are many cafes and restaurants all in walking distance. Vegan, Vego, gluten free options available from Restaurants and cafes across the road and around the corner that caters for all dietary requirements. You can bring your own snacks for your attendees if you like as the kitchen is straight off of the workshop room, and there is a fridge and a microwave, kettle & urn as well as a table and chairs that is for your use and for your students, just no oven.

Rules

Conditions of Hire

The owner will arrange with you a time to arrive to give you access and to show you around the facilities.

Set-up will be arranged for you, please give details for your preferred room arrangement in the form below.

The workshop room and the a-joined kitchen is to be left clean and tidy. Please dispose of any perishable goods.

All cups & dishes must be washed and put away where they were found. A cleaning fee of $50 may be charged

if rooms are left in an unclean condition. The Urn must be switched off at the wall please at the end of each session.

Candles must only be used without a suitable container so that no spillage of wax occurs. Please do not place candles directly onto the floor or on any furniture.

Please be mindful of other Practitioners working in the surrounding rooms, and in the Beauty Salon downstairs. Music and any noise must be kept to a quietly acceptable level, especially in the waiting area/lounge, and when going in & out of the workshop room, and also up and down the stairs.

The owner will arrange the time to come and lock up for you after your event has finished. All lights and air conditioners must be turned off.

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 50% refund.
Parking and Public Transport Information

Parking is available in the middle section of the carpark or around Kearns Crescent.
