If you require catering, we can put you in touch with a local catering company or you can bring your own.
Please note: Due to major works on the Armadale line, parking may be limited at peak times. Street parking is available around Perron Place and we advise notifying attendees to arriving a little earlier to account for potential parking delays. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please include time for set up and pack up in your booking request. Access to space is strictly for booking time only

Children must be supervised at all times
Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Perron Place is a SMOKE FREE ZONE
No animals (except for formally recognised Assistance Dogs) are permitted on the premises and in the building
A Security Bond is required in the form of Credit Card for any One Off/Casual Hirers. The card will only be charged in the event of damage or loss of property. For Regular Room Hirers, a Bond is charged separately via Invoice, which is refundable at the end of the Regular Room Hire period.

We have free onsite parking, on site and directly across the road.
Victoria Park Train Station is across the road and we are within walking distance to other excellent public transport links.
