Important Information

The venue can only be accessed within the times booked. Your booking time must include all set up and pack up which includes all deliveries and collections.

Any bookings finishing at midnight are allowed one hour for pack-up and cleaning free of charge until 1:00 a.m. All music needs to be turned off at midnight.

The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.

High-Risk Event Information - This venue is not available to be hired for high-risk events (including 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties).

Lighting - Up to 80m2 modular stage is available for hire at 200mm, 400mm, and 600mm heights.

Accessibility - 9 accessible car bays, complaint ramps from the car park to centre, 4 unisex UATS, accessible compliant facility

Toilets - 4 sets of unisex change rooms, male and female public toilets with 1 ambulant stall in each, and 4 UATs all downstairs (no toilets upstairs).

Decorations - You are welcome to decorate the Arena for your event. Please note pins, tape, Blu Tack or anything that would damage the pavilion walls is not permitted. You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed. Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, glitter or party poppers outside.

Audio Visual Equipment - PA system with 2 microphones (one in office reception, one in control room) and a separate cordless/handheld microphone (in control room). PA system, 3 x handheld cordless microphones and 1 x face microphone, lectern, large projector and screen (in Bendigo room only). Led TV screen (in foyer). 4 x led scoreboards in sports halls (one on each court).

Cleaning Equipment - Basic cleaning equipment (found in office).

Wi-Fi - Free Wi-Fi is available for use at the venue seven days 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. You will need to log/sign in to use the Wi-Fi.

AED (Defibrillator) - Yes. (in foyer, found on wall outside office).

Car Parking - There are 457 car bays (inclusive of all accessible bays, Mundaring Arena Car Park, Mundaring Recreation Ground Car Park & Overflow Car Park)
