About this space
Sports Hall 1 boasts a FIBA-certified sprung wooden floor marked for 2 basketball, 2 netball 1 indoor hockey, and 2 volleyball courts all with high-quality sports court equipment available.
That show court has a 296-seat grandstand and a large LED matrix scoreboard to add to the 500lux LED sports lighting.
Supporting the Sports Hall is a large reverse cycle air-conditioned umpires room with lockers, a fridge two change rooms with showers, and a modern fully equipped first aid room.
Important Information
The venue can only be accessed within the times booked. Your booking time must include all set up and pack up which includes all deliveries and collections.
Any bookings finishing at midnight are allowed one hour for pack-up and cleaning free of charge until 1:00 am. All music needs to be turned off at midnight.
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
High-Risk Event Information
This venue is not available to be hired for high-risk events (including 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties).

Decorations
You are welcome to decorate the pavilion for your event. Please note pins, tape, or anything that would damage the pavilion walls is not permitted. Blu Tack is OK and has to be completely removed at the end of the booking.
You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed.
Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers outside.

The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.

The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.

The Arena has 433 sealed car bays, 13 accessible car bays, a 30m x 15m gravel overflow parking area, and another 1000 sqm gravel overflow parking area behind the Mundaring Oval Pavilion.
The Arena also has external ramps from the car park to the entry and an accessible internal fit-out.
